Refund Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
We want Epoch Pro to be worth what you pay for it. If it is not, this page explains how refunds work. How you get a refund depends on where you bought Pro.
1. Bought on the web
Purchases on the web (app.epochai.app) are sold by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes the payment and handles billing and refunds.
- First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a Pro plan, monthly or annual. No reason needed.
- Charged by mistake: if you were charged after you cancelled, charged twice, or a problem on our side kept you from using Pro, write to us and we will refund the charge.
- Renewals: outside those cases, renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time so you are not charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
To ask for a refund, reply to your Dodo Payments receipt email, use the link in it, or write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long it takes to show depends on your bank. When a payment is refunded, the Pro access it paid for ends.
2. Cancelling a web subscription
Cancel any time from Settings in Epoch or from the link in your Dodo Payments receipt. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period on its own. If you are within 14 days of your first payment and want your money back, ask for a refund as described above.
3. Bought in the iPhone app
Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple, and refunds for them are handled by Apple under its own policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel, open your Apple subscription settings.
